Julio Montesino is a civil trial attorney who practices in the areas of complex business litigation, medical malpractice, nursing home and ALF liability defense, and general civil litigation. Prior to joining Moore Rabinowitz Law, Mr. Montesino represented individuals, businesses and condominium associations in contract disputes and in the areas of first party property and premises liability.
Mr. Montesino is committed to providing strategic and results-driven representation for individuals and businesses alike, with a focus on efficiency, clarity, and strong advocacy. Mr. Montesino is experienced in all phases of civil litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Montesino was an educator, teaching film production and entrepreneurship to middle school students. He later transitioned his passion for storytelling and business into the practice of law. While attending Florida International University College of Law, Mr. Montesino earned top honors in Trial Advocacy and competed with the FIU Trial Team.
Outside of the office, Julio enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He also enjoys weightlifting, public speaking, and performing arts.
