Michelle R. Oved, Esq. is a dedicated family law attorney who focuses her practice on a wide range of matters, including dissolution of marriage, paternity, timesharing and parental responsibility disputes, marital and paternity settlement agreements, domestic violence injunctions, adoptions, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and post-judgment modification and enforcement issues.
Michelle is committed to guiding clients through complex family law matters with compassion and clarity, working closely with them to develop practical legal strategies tailored to their circumstances, while remaining mindful of the personal challenges that often accompany family law disputes.
Before becoming an attorney, Michelle gained nearly a decade of legal experience working as a paralegal and law clerk in multiple areas of litigation, including family law, insurance defense, and personal injury. This background provides her with a well-rounded understanding of case strategy, litigation preparation, and client advocacy.
Michelle is a proud first-generation American and fluent Russian speaker. Originally from New Jersey, she earned her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University and later received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she was recognized on the Dean’s Honor List.
Outside the office, she enjoys living a healthy lifestyle, staying active, doing Pilates and yoga, listening to podcasts, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with her husband, family and friends.
